In memory of a former player from Bridport Ladies, known for her cheerful spirit, a charitable football match is scheduled to take place. Hannah Knott, a mother of two who resided in the town, sadly passed away at the age of 32 due to cancer earlier this year.
To honor her legacy, her former team plans to hold a charity football match to raise funds for Weldmar Hospicecare. Martin Phillips, the former manager of Hannah’s team, stated, “Given her love for football, it simply feels like the right thing to do.”
